- You can carry your bottle everywhere with you. Fill the bottle up periodically. There are tons of bottles sell to support more proper drinking behaviour. Pick the cute one or the one that suit your personality so you will always want to look, touch, and drink from it!
- Put a glass of water on your working desk. Again, choose the glass that you love. Write the motivation on the glass to remind you of your goal.
- Put another glass of water on your bedroom, next to your bed. We will wake up deydrated and usually people always chek their phone first instead of drinking. So, why not checking phone while drinking?
- Drink small amounts of water every 1 to 2 hours minimum. So that will be at least 6 glasses a day. That’s why she suggested always bring bottle with you. If you do not have time, do not try to drink 6 glasses at one time since it is not good for your metabolism and digestion.
